We were very pleased with the service provided by Home Concepts. A representative of the company came to our home, and after, a complete review of our situation, made three suggestions based on overall cost. They included a BUDGET, MID-RANGE and HIGH-END proposal. The submission was packaged in such a way that components from the three proposals could be mixed to provide the final package preferred by the client. Upon reaching agreement, Home Concepts ordered the required equipment and installed the complete package. Installation was carried out in one day with the least possible disruption. The system was tested and adjusted to provide the best possible reception and we were provided with a compete manual which included, in addition to individual component manuals, instructions from Home Concepts on how to get the most from the complete system, along with contact information if service was ever required.Home Concepts made personal visits to our home six and twelve months after installation, at which time the system was checked over and adjusted where necessary. We were very satisfied by the service offered by Home Concepts, and feel that it is excellent value for the money.
